Spixila Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Spixila. Please read this policy before you buy.

General Policy

7-Day Window: You can request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days from delivery.
Store Credit (Default): Refunds are issued as store credit. Valid for 1 year.
Refund to Bank/UPI (when approved): If we process a refund to bank/UPI, ₹220 per order will be deducted.

Partial COD Orders

On Partial COD orders you pay ₹200 in advance at the time of ordering, and the balance in cash at the time of delivery. This advance covers the shipping and logistics costs we incur in dispatching your order.

The ₹200 advance is non-refundable if:

You refuse or fail to accept delivery of the order.
The delivery address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable.
You are unavailable across all delivery attempts made by our courier partner.

The ₹200 advance is refunded in full if:

The product arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered.
We cancel your order or are unable to fulfil it.
Delivery fails for any reason attributable to Spixila or our courier partner.

Where the advance is refundable, it is returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Unboxing Video Requirement

Mandatory: Customers must provide a clear 360° unboxing video showing the sealed package, unboxing, and product check. Requests without video are not accepted.

Damaged Parcels

Start recording before receiving if the package looks damaged.
Share the video with our team for assistance.

Return & Exchange Process

If approved, you may need to ship the parcel back if pickup is unavailable.
Exchange Fee: ₹220 per item.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless defective/damaged.
Store credit, exchange, or refund is processed within 24–72 business hours after inspection.
