Shipping Policy – Spixila

At Spixila, we’re committed to ensuring your orders reach you quickly and securely. Below are the details of our shipping process to help you stay informed.

Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Custom Orders or Pre-Orders: These may require additional processing time, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen delays such as weather conditions or carrier issues.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders of ₹800 and above.
Orders below ₹800 are charged a flat ₹150.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment Options

Prepaid: UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets.
Cash on Delivery: Pay the full amount in cash when your order arrives.
Partial COD: Pay ₹200 in advance at the time of ordering and the balance in cash on delivery. The advance covers our shipping and logistics costs. Please see our Returns and Exchanges policy for when this advance is and is not refundable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through our courier partner’s website.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Important Notes

Ensure the shipping address provided is correct and complete to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
In case of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or absence, re-shipping charges may apply.
Delays caused by holidays or natural events are beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
